Spring Chicken/Poussin
Our poussin are grown in the lush irrigated areas of Central Victoria and are processed at 2 – 3 weeks of age resulting in a plump tender bird. They are fed on clean river water and a high quality locally sourced ration consisting of fresh grains including wheat, corn and soya beans. We don’t give our birds any growth promotants, or hormones. This product is suitable for grilling on BBQ, roasting and braising. They are an excellent product for portion control.
