Muscovy Duck

Originating from the warm climates of South America the Muscovy duck is a breed apart from the rest. It needs no fat to keep warm over the Winter months and is by far the leanest and best yielding domesticated duck breed available. It is a long time favourite with Europeans.
Our ducks are grown in Goornong, a small farming village located in North Central Victoria. They are free ranged, fed on a diet of fresh grains, wild grasses and rain water.
These ducks have a unique taste. The meat is extremely flavoursome as well as being meaty and tender. Try this duck with any of your favourite recipes and you will love the difference.

Gosling
